When I was only in my late twenties when I started to become interested in the area of nutrition after completing a short course in holistic nutrition. Prior to this, my diet was pretty bad… Believe me I was mad for the takeaways!!
However, this short course led me to the decision to study nutritional therapy for three years and I am very pleased to say that I can see the benefits in my own life with increased energy, more motivation to exercise and fewer cravings. The interest in this course was also sparked from the frustration I felt from seeing patients in hospital eating foods with little or no nutritional value. I feel nutrition is a fundamental part of getting people back to optimal health.e led me to the decision to study nutritional therapy for three years and I am very pleased to say that I can see the benefits in my own life with increased energy, more motivation to exercise and fewer cravings.
